Eligibility for Return
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- A return request must be submitted within 1–3 days of receiving your order.
- Only products with manufacturing defects, physical damage, or incorrect delivery are eligible for return.

- Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued via the original payment method (cash handled at the time of delivery).
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Processing time for refunds may take up to 1–3 days after the return is confirmed.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
